General conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions concern the purchase of products, carried out at a distance via the Internet at http://www.progettolucesrl.it, located in Via Emilia, 131 – Toscanella 40060 Dozza (BO) Italy P. IVA E Cod. Fisc. 02598831200 Registered at the Register of Companies of Bologna no. 02598831200.

Purchasing one or more products on the site will be completed through the following steps: filling out a customer order form, receiving, verifying and confirming the order by e-mail by Luce Project.
The merchandise will be delivered by courier, within the estimated time of purchase, only after receipt of payment of your order (through PayPal or bank transfer) and confirmation of purchase by Progetto Luce. The contract between Progetto Luce and the Client must be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Progetto Luce. Such acceptance is deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated by the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he has read all the instructions given to him during the purchase procedure and accepts the full terms and conditions of the transcripts in full. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Progetto Luce will promptly notify the Customer.
The customer can only order the products present the in electronic catalog at the at the time of the order on progettolucesrl.it and can view them online at the URL http://www.progettolucesrl.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive board of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ according to the color or size of the image in the image.
The measures taken in this catalog are indicative and do not constitute, nor commitment or cause of any complaint against our Company. We also reserve the right to suspend or modify for any reason and without notice the production of articles in order to improve our production needs. Progetto Luce disclaims any liability for any omissions or errors on the technical data and information regarding the items being sold.
The Company is not responsible for any damage to persons or property resulting from incorrect installation or modifications made by third parties. Project Luce reserves the right to vary prices without notice; The price charged will be anyway indicated at the time of order.
The products offered on the site are limited. It may happen that the ordered product is no longer available after ordering the purchase order. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the user will be promptly informed by e-mail or telephone and the purchase order will be cancelled.

On delivery

In order to make our service more efficient we kindly ask you to check the packaging conditions at the time of delivery. In case the parcel is not completely intact, collect it and clearly indicate “Received with damaged package” on the signature on the delivery note. If the package is severely damaged so that it has certainly caused damage to the internal content, reject the merchandise by clearly requesting to include the words “Refused merchandising damaged Item” on the bill. Any disputes must be promptly raised to the carrier, otherwise the product is deemed to have been properly delivered. The invoice or bill or tax receipt must be kept as a valid warranty document.

For any damage caused by transport

Upon receipt of the goods check the presence and integrity of all items in the order. Any communications of anomalies or broken items must be communicated by email to shop@progettolucesrl.it along with photographs of the damage within and not later than 8 days after receiving the goods. After 8 days no liability is accepted for any breakages / anomalies / failures and for any re-issue (even for absences or for incorrect addresses), the cost will be borne by the recipient. Objections caused by the incorrect use or assembly of the item are not accepted. Once the actual anomaly / break occurs, a replacement lamp or component will be shipped depending on whether the problem concerns the bulb or only part of the bulb.

Right of withdrawal

As provided by Consumer Code DL 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and therefore to return the goods by obtaining reimbursement of the claimed expense within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
The right of withdrawal applies the following rules:

  • The client must be a private person who buys the goods for purposes other than their professional activity;
  • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety. It is not possible to pursue only part of the purchased product, such as accessories;
  • The product must be “as new”, returned intact and in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc…);
  • The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer;
  • The goods subject to the right of withdrawal must return to our warehouse within 10 days from the date of authorization to return, after that deadline the shipment will be rejected and simultaneously the request for withdrawal canceled.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send Progetto Luce s.r.l. – Via Emilia, 131 Toscanella 40060 Dozza (BO) Italy – a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or a communication via certified e-mail to shop@progettolucesrl.it, within and not over 14 days after delivery, containing the following documentation:

  • Written and signed declaration of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal indicating the article(s) number(s) for which the withdrawal is required;
  • Invoice copy or sales receipt;
  • Bank coordinates on which to get the wire transfer.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, our staff will notify you of how to return the goods.
Subject to any recovery costs for damage to the goods, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
